Bare Escentuals, known in the cosmetic industry for bringing mineral based make-up to the world -launched their new Foundation in compact format on 8/29.  Not ever wanting to use the F-word (Foundation), they created a solid mineral foundation that doesn’t look or feel like just any foundation.  Available in 20 shades with SPF, this launch is HUGE for their brand.  To bring it to life, the Crack team was tasked to come up with an idea to bring the compact to life.  The team designed and engineered a larger than life size Foundation compact to stop people in their tracks, in 5 of their key Flagship doors (SF, San Jose, Portland, Saint Louis, NYC).  The new Foundation based compact was brought to life in a 31x31x30 window unit, that is intended to live in their windows for 8 weeks.
